Notes & Rulings
- • (01/26/2025) If a continuous environmental effect causes penguins to loose abilities such as Silent Snow Globe, this effect does NOT layer above it because it's a continuous effect. If a non-continuous effect causes penguins to loose abilities, such as Bearish Sentiment and Buddy Up is played afterwards, then that penguin does gain "ACT _F_: Choose a Penguin and flop it"
